What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams
- Foster collaboration and communication among teams and stakeholders to align with project goals
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
- Empower teams to self-organize, make decisions, and hold them accountable for commitments
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Software Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science from an accredited institution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in software development or data-related project environments
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a project management role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and analytics
- Secret Clearance
