What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project
- Foster collaboration and communication within and across portfolio teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Proactively identify and address impediments that hinder team progress, escalating issues to leadership as necessary
- Empower team members to self-organize and make decisions, while holding them accountable for their commitments
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure effective communication of requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address issues promptly
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- BS Degree in an applicable field from an accredited College or University

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and supporting application development teams
- Experience in the telehealth industry, particularly in requirement generation and roadmap implementation
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
