What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team
- Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies
- Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
- Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile methodologies within a team
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience in guiding teams in adopting agile data practices, such as iterative data modeling and continuous data integration
- Familiarity with data-related Scrum events, such as Data Sprint Planning and Data Retrospectives
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques within a team setting
- Experience in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning
