What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead scrums and delivery with the Product Manager to design and deliver the vision and customer experience for the Bank's Digital customers
- Manage one of the four workstreams: Public Website & Customer Onboarding, Customer & Account Servicing, Payments, or Security
- Act as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a true waterfall/hybrid environment
- Adapt to the evolving agile practices of the organization during the digital transformation process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master/Project Manager in a Scrum/Safe environment
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to adapt in a hybrid environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital banking or financial technology
- Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of banking regulations and security practices
- Previous experience in leading digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with customer experience design and implementation
