What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience working with self-managed Agile teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile Scaling Frameworks
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Rally, and CI-CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Experience with Agile assessments and program increment planning
