      Job Description
      We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate daily scrum meetings, coach team members, and identify outstanding project needs. This position will be full-time and remote.
      What You'll Do
      • Daily Scrum Meetings
      • Sprint Planning Meetings
      • Sprint Review Meetings
      • Sprint Retrospective Meetings
      • Maintain Team Dynamics
      • Coach team members (e.g., with one-on-one coaching)
      • Mediate through impediments & conflicts
      • Identify outstanding project and product decisions impacting team delivery
      • Foster the assigned team's self-organization
      • Support Team, Project and Organization goals with project leaders and product
      • owner(s)
      • Provide feedback to the team
      • Encourage the use of Agile Practices within the development teams
      • Help teams and vendors with the release planning
      • Be familiar with the team (i.e., the product)
      • Bring people together who should meet and support each other
      • Keep in touch with every stakeholder regularly
      • Help the team report to management
      • Help to further the Agile community within the organization
      • Be a contact person for everyone on the team and their stakeholders regarding Agile
      • Provide learning opportunities to people in the organization (e.g., talks or
      • workshops) and letting them learn important Agile concepts (e.g., technical debt)
      • Facilitate change
      What You'll Need
      Required:
      • Five (5) years minimum experience working in the Scrum Master role
      Desired:
      • Familiarity with JIRA
      • Agile development (Scrum Methodology)
      Physical Demands
      • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
      • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
      • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
