What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teams to assess current culture, processes, and systems to design strategies for agile adoption
- Serve as a liaison between client leadership and the NTT DATA team, managing client expectations
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and work with leadership to capitalize on them
- Implement Agile principles and practices across the organization, using metrics to establish agile maturity
- Conduct Agile Practice Behavioral Interviews and provide training on Agile methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience guiding teams in agile software development as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator
- 5+ years of experience with agile application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview)
- 5+ years of experience working with lean-agile values, principles, and practices
- Must reside in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SASM - SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
- Recognized Scrum Master Certifications such as ICP-ATF, PSM, or CSM
- Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills
- Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to colleagues and leaders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
