What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the adoption of agile values, principles, and practices within teams
- Act as a liaison between the NTT DATA team and client leadership, setting expectations
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with leadership to capitalize on them
- Implement metrics to assess agile maturity and effectiveness across teams
- Provide training on Agile methodologies and lead collaborative planning sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience guiding teams in agile software development as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
- 5+ years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator
- 5+ years of experience with agile application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Planview, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in agile fundamentals and their effective application
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and team dynamics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as SASM, ICP-ATF, PSM, or CSM
- Strong facilitation skills to lead meetings towards desired outcomes
- Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues in agile practices
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- An empathic and resourceful mindset with a focus on team success
