What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with stakeholders to report progress, risks, successes, and failures
- Lead working sessions to discuss scope, schedule, and requirements with product owners
- Manage product quality, releases, and delivery
- Conduct all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensure user stories include validation criteria for complete testing of new functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience
- 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager for a software development team
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
- Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years

- Master's degree
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Hands-on Business Analyst Experience
- Federal Government contracting work experience
- Prior experience working remotely full-time
