What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects using methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN
- Foster an effective and productive working environment, guiding others to understand Agile values and principles
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure thorough execution following industry best practices
- Work with Product Owner to define minimal valuable product and prioritize backlog to maximize value
- Ensure performance indicators are understood and respected by team members during each sprint

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, enhancing business understanding of Agile values and principles
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare payer industry
- Good leadership skills
- Experience working closely with software development teams and understanding technical requirements
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban and Scrum

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on technical background, preferably experience with writing code
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of healthcare payer domain
