What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile processes and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
- Plan, prepare, and host PI (Program Increment) Planning events
- Track and communicate team progress, performance metrics, and sprint goals using JIRA and other tools
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
- Resolve any open issues/impediments that the team faces during sprint execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar relevant specialization, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Experience with Agile tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Informatics, Bioinformatics, or related fields
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience with software development or IT operations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
