What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and champion the Agile software development process
- Report on team progress, risks, and blockers to program leadership
- Maintain Agile tracking software and prepare status reports
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure quality deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing Agile IT development projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Experience with Azure DevOps Agile Project Management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
