What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Decompose complex user stories into manageable tasks and maintain a prioritized backlog
- Remove obstacles and resolve impediments to ensure team progress and delivery
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and corporate leadership
- Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles to promote Scrum maturity and technical excellence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies with a proven track record in Agile transformations
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Experience using Agile tools like Jira and understanding of MERN stack development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of software development concepts and familiarity with programming or database querying
- Background in software development as an individual contributor
- Experience tailoring Agile processes to meet client and stakeholder needs
- Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
- Domain expertise in DoD acquisition processes and ITAR compliance
