What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
- Guide the team in effectively applying Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and planning Program Increments
- Coordinate and track user stories, sprint goals, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence
- Foster a safe environment for problem-solving and experimentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking
- Previous experience managing large-scale website development and implementation
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting federal digital services or working in government environments
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and accessibility standards
- Understanding of the Executive Order on Transforming Federal Customer Experience
- Knowledge of U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and Drupal 10
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HotJar
