What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate scrum events such as PI/sprint planning, daily scrum, PI/sprint review, and sprint retrospective
- Assist the team in removing obstacles/blockers that hinder development or deployment processes
- Provide coaching to enhance communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product owners to scope and plan current and future work
- Maintain Azure DevOps for the project and assist in providing monthly status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading projects or key business initiatives
- At least 5 years of experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Scrum techniques
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and SAFe certification
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Understanding of software development life cycle models and traditional project management principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud infrastructure requirements and operational support documentation
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and SharePoint
- Proven track record of successfully managing project backlogs and providing clear status updates
