      Are You Booster’s Next SDR Manager?

      Do you have proven experience leading a high-performing sales team and a passion for developing sales talent, optimizing sales strategies, and driving market growth? As SDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading, hiring, training, and onboarding all Sales Specialists (SSs) across 16 different markets nationwide.

      In this role, you’ll focus on building a high-performing team, ensuring that each Sales Specialist has the tools, training, and support needed to generate leads, execute sales events, and drive revenue growth. You will also work closely with Sales Leadership to develop scalable sales processes and playbooks, ensuring consistency in prospecting and outreach efforts.

      How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

      • Lead & Develop a Nationwide Sales Team: Coach, mentor, and support Sales Specialists, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.

      • Recruit & Onboard New Sales Specialists: Own the hiring, onboarding, and training process for all new SSs, ensuring each market has the right talent in place.

      • Optimize Sales Processes: Implement best-in-class prospecting strategies that help SSs generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person visits.

      • Standardize Training & Sales Playbooks: Develop sales scripts, outreach strategies, and event planning guides to ensure consistent execution across all 16 markets.

      • Drive Market Growth & Lead Generation: Work with SSs to enhance prospecting strategies, coordinate sales events, and maximize lead conversion opportunities.

      • Foster a Culture of Performance & Growth: Set clear goals, track KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching to drive team success.

      • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategies with company goals.

      What You’ll Bring to the Table:

      • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist or Sales Leader with a strong understanding of Booster’s sales processes

      • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales team members, helping them hit and exceed goals

      • Strong knowledge of lead generation, prospecting strategies, and event-based sales

      • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

      • A data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to track performance and improve strategies

      • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools

      • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams

      Pay: $80,000-$100,000
