      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, create, and manage outbound lead generation processes and activities via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
      - Build and maintain a customer targeting matrix to identify potential clients
      - Administer CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
      - Provide marketing support to enhance lead generation efforts
      - Utilize software tools and internal resources to drive success in lead generation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a B2B sales environment
      - Experience with contact data platforms such as ZoomInfo and Apollio.io
      - Proficiency in using a current CRM platform
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong multi-tasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience creating large-scale drip email campaigns
      - Understanding of graphic design, video editing, and proficiency in Adobe Suite software
