What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain a large Paid Search keyword and Shopping product group portfolio
- Execute ad and copywriting testing to optimize messaging for the powersports community
- Manage day-to-day campaign pacing and optimize the Paid Search/Shopping portfolio
- Conduct quality assurance on ad copy, audience management, and campaign builds
- Actively participate in and manage vendor/platform relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing and/or Shopping
- Retail/eCommerce domain experience
- Proven management of large-scale Paid Search and Shopping accounts in Google AdWords and other platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and advanced Excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Display, Video, and Paid Social campaign management
- Working knowledge of database management (e.g., Access) and BI visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL, AdWords scripting, or other coding languages
- Enthusiasm for motorcycles, ATVs, and/or UTVs
