The Digital Marketing Manager role seeks a data-driven, innovative, detail oriented and highly organized individual, responsible for driving growth through analytics and optimization of the customer and ecommerce experience through the corporate website and intranet,B2B sites, email, and social media, and customer database. The ideal candidate must bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit and vision, a proven track record in driving profitable growth and a broad knowledge of current digital marketing, plus the ability to interface and direct both IT resources as well as understand marketing and customer behavior.
Essential Job Duties:
•Strategy Development -
Define and lead the ongoing digital marketing strategy and develop acquisition and retention-focused marketing programs to drive recurring traffic, site usage and revenue.
Optimize current marketing mix to drive revenue, customer engagement and retention.
Create vision for a best-in-class omnichannel marketing plan, including email, alignment with CRM, customer journey, social media, etc.
Communicate with business leaders to understand business needs for new digital marketing initiatives.
•Analytics & Reporting-
Define and report out on digital marketing performance and KPIs.
Develop dashboards to track marketing effectiveness and user flow/site performance.
Perform analysis and submit recommendations to improve return and revenue.
•Execution
Paid search, Google shopping feeds, remarketing/display and emails to drive positive ROI, new customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Develop customer segmentation strategy and consumer profiles
Assist with budgeting for marketing programs on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute on the marketing initiatives.
Manage a team of Digital Marketing Coordinators and Social Media Specialist.
•Functionality Development-
Subject matter expert who maintains awareness of competitive benchmarks, best practices, market trends, and competitive activity.
Improve website functionality and conversions while understanding and maintaining brand positioning; liaise with IT partners to create requirements, test and troubleshoot.
Report out and translate deep analysis to non-technical parties to facilitate seamless execution.
Oversee the integration of all social media initiatives within the broader digital marketing strategy.
As a part of our growth, LKQ is looking for a dedicated Sales Ebay/Internet Rep. The Sales Ebay/Internet Rep will be responsible for selling company products and services via either telephone and/or e-bay internet activity at the branch location. This role would require compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Essential Job Duties:
· Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products via ebay.
· Assists "walk-in" customers with sales of products and/or services, and responds to questions regarding parts, pricing, services, etc.
· Promotion and researching of products to be uploaded on internet website.
· Provides ongoing customer and technical service on existing orders.
· Processes orders -- performs order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
· Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
· Maintains inventory levels for stocking and restocking purposes.
· Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
· Observes changes in inventory so as to insure minimum stock levels.
· Sets up special order part numbers that are not regularly stocked in the warehouse.
· Assumes other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience:
· One to two years of prior telephone sales, internet sales, customer service relations and/or route sales required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Must be familiar with the company's products and procedures.
· Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
· Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team-player.
· Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
· Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
· Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
· Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
· Photography skills a plus.
MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT :
· Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, and Microsoft Office software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
· Must have the ability to work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
· Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.
· May be required to move/lift up to 75 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
· High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. College coursework desired. Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
