Company Description

The Human Resources Department in Deforest is looking for an individual to fill the role of a Seasonal Human Resources Associate. Primary functions for this position include assisting our employment staff with the seasonal hiring process. This individual will be scheduled to work 20-30 hours per week based on business need.

Screen applicants and schedule interviews

Track recruitment sources
•
Conduct orientations
•
Process paperwork through multiple systems
•
Conduct background checks

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•
Ability to use multiple HR Software systems
•
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
•
Strong communication skills
•
Ability to work a flexible schedule M-F to accommodate orientation facilitation
•
High level of organization
•
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
•
Bilingual in Spanish
