What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain positive relationships with church customers regarding summer camp registrations
- Educate customers on various camp offerings, locations, and schedules
- Provide information on pricing, preparation, and other related details for camps
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to camp registrations and payments
- Stay updated on changes to camps and communicate effectively with customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Actively attend an evangelical Christian church and participate in church events or ministries
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with databases and online support tools
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Past experience with Lifeway Camps
- Experience with chat support software
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
