Seasonal Customer Service Representative

What will you be doing?

Join Enstrom Candies for the holiday season and take pride in being the voice of our customers. Our Customer Service Representatives love to help customers! You are inputting catalog orders for our mail order division over the phone and through mail/fax, promoting products, giving instruction, answering questions, or resolving a customer’s complaints. If you have a positive attitude, patience, ability to solve problems and excellent computer skills, we want you!

How will you make a difference?

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
• Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
• Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Manage the customer relationship from initial call through the close
• Keep up to date on product knowledge

Qualifications

To join our Team, you need:

• A High school diploma/GED required
• Collaborative, team-player mind set
• 6 months to 2 years of Call Center experience
• Engage with customers
• A willingness to learn
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent Attendance
• Successfully pass training class modules (80% or greater)

Why join an Enstrom Candies seasonal team?

• Day Shifts Monday through Friday until Mid-November then you must be available for any shift (Monday Sunday as early as 7am MT until as late as 6pm MT)
• Base pay + overtime (overtime available in December as assigned by management)
