What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
- Investigate and resolve member questions promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Adhere to Prime's standard operating procedures and HIPAA training guidelines
- Participate in a 6 to 8 week training class
- Perform additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Must have a dedicated and secure home workspace
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center
- Call center experience in the healthcare industry
- Previous work from home (remote) experience
- Fluency in Spanish
