      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
      - Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member
      - Adhere to Prime's standard operating procedures and training guidelines, particularly related to HIPAA
      - Participate in a 6 to 8 week training class to prepare for the role
      - Perform other assigned duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Must have a dedicated, secure high-speed internet connection
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center, particularly in the healthcare industry
      - Previous remote work experience
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
      - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy
