      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email to assist customers with inquiries and issues
      - Educate customers on bike models and accessories to help them make informed decisions
      - Handle escalated concerns and resolve shipping issues or out-of-stock items
      - Assist customers in placing orders for bikes, accessories, and merchandise
      - Maintain performance metrics related to customer service, including call volume and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment providing customer service
      - Proven track record of achieving personal KPIs related to contact center metrics
      - Familiarity with contact center applications such as soft phones, ticketing programs, and CRM systems
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve escalated concerns effectively
      - Experience managing work quality and quantity in a remote or advanced support role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contact center applications like Gladly, Shopify, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Google Suite
      - Background in a startup environment
