      Join Our Seasonal Facilities Team

      Do you value a clean and efficient workplace? We're seeking Seasonal Maintenance and Housekeeping Associates to support our Facilities Department across three floors during the peak season (October-December). Our team ensures a great working environment; you'll play a vital role in this process.

      About You:

      • This role is physically demanding, involving constant movement, lifting, walking, and standing throughout the shift.

      Shift Details:

      • Varying weekly shifts, including opening shifts (starting at 6:45 a.m.) and closing shifts (ending at 11:15 p.m.).
      • Shifts range from 26-40 hours per week.
      • Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) as needed.

      Responsibilities:

      • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
      • Address facility-related issues promptly, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
      • Assist with office reconfigurations and event setups.
      • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
      • Respond to facilities-related emergencies and urgent repairs.
      • Manage supplies and equipment inventory for facility upkeep.
      • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service.
      • Support sustainability initiatives through energy-efficient practices and waste reduction.
      • Promote workplace safety and participate in safety training programs.
      • Perform housekeeping duties, including restroom and common area cleaning.
      • Assist in cardboard removal and recycling, operate bailers, compactors, and electric pallet jacks as needed.

      Skills & Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
      • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
      • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
      • Excellent communication and teamwork.
      • Detail-oriented and committed to a clean and organized environment.
      • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks.
      • Familiarity with bailers, compactors, and electric pallet jacks.
      • Knowledge of sustainable practices and a commitment to eco-friendly initiatives.
