What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and appealing to customers
- Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects in a timely manner
- Build displays, process damaged products, and rotate stock as needed
- Resolve project issues and verify third-party work completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
- Must be available to work overnight and weekends as required
- Ability to use web-based computer programs to complete assigned tasks
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with assistance
- Minimum availability for weekend morning shifts and flexible weekday hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience on the employer's sales floor
- 6 months of experience in product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- Working knowledge of basic tools required for the job (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws)
