What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with vendors and associates to meet store needs while providing quality customer service
- Ensure accurate signage, pricing information, and displays for easy merchandise location
- Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects in accordance with safety standards
- Build displays, process damaged products, and rotate and price stock
- Resolve project issues and provide proof of project completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
- Availability to work overnight and weekends as required
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting
- Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience on the sales floor in a retail environment
- 6 months of experience in product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws)
