What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform transaction entry and verification for current and new business
- Conduct auditing and facilitate client communication
- Ensure processing meets TASC's standards and commitments to customers
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to management
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education or equivalency to a High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a professional office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and use multiple systems simultaneously, including Microsoft Office
- Moderate alphanumeric data entry speed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or operations role
- Strong mathematical skills for data calculation and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under uncertainty
