What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-impact professional learning experiences to teachers and school leaders
- Guide educators through the implementation and best practices of the employer's digital solutions
- Lead engaging sessions virtually and onsite at schools across Virginia
- Analyze student performance data and assist educators in data-driven instructional practices
- Manage multiple assignments across schools or districts with effective time management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in math for grades 6-12
- Experience in leading professional development, instructional coaching, or training sessions for educators
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and EdTech platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and time management skills
- Willingness to travel locally (up to 80%) and occasionally overnight

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering or supporting math instruction using the employer's platform
- Familiarity with the 2023 Virginia Standards of Learning for Mathematics (SOLs)
- Experience with district- or school-level implementations of EdTech tools
- Background working with multilingual learners or students with disabilities
