What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team, focusing on trust, commitment, and results
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
- Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
- Encourage team selling and positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals
- Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and conducting merchandise stock counts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service orientation and a culture of customer obsession
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs
- Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels
- Physical ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems
- Experience with visual merchandising and store-related projects
- Ability to work across multiple store or site locations
