The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate is passionate. They are stylish and trendy individuals who represent the rue21 brand to every customer who walks through the door. Qualifications

• No prior experience required; however, prior customer service and/or retail experience is a plus
• Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays
• Physical Requirements
• Stand for up to 8 hours
• Carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb and balance on ladders
• Bend at the waist
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Kneel and squat on the ground
• Reach above the shoulder frequently

• The Part Time Sales anticipated pay range is $13.00 - $13.50 per hour, with the potential to earn discretionary bonuses. This pay range is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Actual wages may vary within this range based on the market, store location, and the Applicant’s level of experience.
