What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute all logistical aspects of fundraising activities for assigned events
- Collaborate with relationship management and volunteer engagement teams to ensure exceptional event experiences
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Oversee inventory management and distribution of event supplies
- Lead volunteer committees and facilitate pre-and post-event meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Arts or Science, or four or more years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and execution
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Non-profit experience preferred
- Experience with logistical mapping and event diagram software such as Ride with GPS or Smartdraw
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak event seasons
