What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support administrative functions related to Secondary Marketing, including collateral/custodian diligence and underwriting diligence
- Oversee final document delivery diligence and assist with internal control measures to prevent future diligence issues
- Manage defect resolution and compliance auditing functions
- Provide production support and service transfer functions
- Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience with a High School diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or equivalent mortgage production or operations experience
- Familiarity with mortgage application, processing, and closing documents, as well as industry-standard legal documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Encompass Software
- Understanding of Conventional and Commercial loans
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to change
- Professional maturity and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
