What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison for multiple legal sections, organizing calls and recording minutes
- Monitor email listservs and manage communication for each section
- Administer educational programming and develop engagement strategies to enhance section value
- Assist in creating and editing content for section webpages in collaboration with leadership
- Support the Education Coordinator in administering web seminar programming
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree required
- 2-4 years of direct experience, preferably in an association environment or as immigration legal support staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
- Customer service mindset and flexibility as a team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of immigration law
- Experience with continuing legal education or adult education
- Hands-on experience working with membership-driven organizations
