We are looking for December 2023 and May 2024 graduates highly interested in a leadership career in Sales to be part of a powerful and unique experience. As a candidate in the Sales Development Program, you will become a specialist in Schneider Electric’s offers with APC (American Power Conversion), while sharpening your professional sales skills. The multi-rotation sales & professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric Hub in Nashville, TN, and includes technical product, customer interaction, and sales execution training. This role will interact with customers to research, design and recommend Schneider Electric solutions and programs. The program starts with 3-6 months of interactive training, blended with on-the-job experience with direct customer & partner interactions. This will prepare you for the next of two, year-long rotations, in Nashville, Tennessee. These rotations expose you to different customer sets and different interactive training, all to provide the tools and skills to launch your career within Schneider Electric. Must be available to start in January/June 2024 Have customer service or sales experience You enjoy building relationships with customers and are seeking to develop your skills in customer service/ sales You commicate effectively and have a passion for sales Are mobile and willing to relocate for both the program duration and post-program role assignment We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.
