What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review Public Trust and National Security investigation requests for completeness and accuracy
- Provide recommendations and guidance on personnel security processes to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze information to assess the impact of conduct on agency integrity and efficiency
- Assist in researching and drafting training materials and maintaining the Suitability Desk Guide
- Conduct office support tasks, including monitoring phone lines and preparing written reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a High Risk Public Trust Clearance
- Minimum of one year of experience supporting personnel security adjudication activities under 5 CFR 731
- Experience with systems such as OPM NP2 Secure Portal, DISS, and e-QIP
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience training in Personnel Security Systems (e.g., eQIP, DISS, CVS)
- Familiarity with developing training materials and conducting presentations
