What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts using Cortex XSOAR
- Understand customer's business requirements and the relevant threat landscape
- Support technical implementation and operations in a customer environment
- Interact with various security and IT technologies related to security solutions
- Create documentation for playbooks and identify areas for automation implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience managing complex security solutions in large environments
- Strong understanding of Linux or Unix, network troubleshooting analysis, and current security threats
- Experience in cybersecurity incident response
- Detailed technical experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of high-end security solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation and Response)
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Security Operation Centers Operations
- Hands-on Lead SOC experience preferably with Palo Alto Networks technology
- Possess one or more of the following industry certifications: CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, PCNSE
