      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform penetration testing across various environments, including external, internal, and web applications
      - Consult on attack surfaces and document vulnerabilities for client assessments
      - Conduct full assessments and threat modeling to identify control weaknesses
      - Collaborate with client security teams to address identified vulnerabilities and recommend remediation
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern penetration testing tools and methodologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in offensive security processes and cybersecurity operations
      - 3+ years of experience using offensive security tools like Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite Pro
      - 3+ years of experience in general cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability management and incident response
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships
      - Proven ability to research and resolve problems independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, PEN-300, WEB-300, or EXP-301
