- Co-design, develop and deliver an ongoing programme of security communications, education and training across BAE Systems to reduce security risk and embed a Security Culture across BAE Systems
- Conducting training needs data to understand education and training requirements at the enterprise level.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organisation to identify key communication and education themes, using threat and risk information to maximise its impact
- Identifying new innovative methods, digital solutions and tooling which improves the Security Culture across the enterprise.
- Building excellent relationships with internal Communications teams to ensure security messaging is integral to internal communications campaigns and exploits all necessary Comms channels
- Identifying formal metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of education programmes and working alongside Group Security to ensure these are in line with the Security Data Strategy
- Designing clear, high-quality content & resources for employees, including renewing the Security Intranet site to ensure ready access to relevant security information
- Development of employee engagement networks; facilitating open communication and discussion, and disseminating security awareness information/subject matter expert advice and support
- Good understanding of security threats and risks and how these impact across a large organisation, including cyber, personnel and physical security risks
- Some knowledge of and delivering security training requirements
- Understanding of communications strategy and employee communications approaches
- Proficient stakeholder management skills with the ability of communicating at senior leadership level across multiple businesses and home markets

Salary: £63,000+ depending on skills and experience

The Security Strategy team:
The team sits in Head Office Group Security reporting into the Head of Security Strategy. You will be working with the joint Digital, Data and Cyber (DDC) & Group Security Training and Education Team. You will co-design, develop and deliver an ongoing programme of security communications, education and training across BAE Systems to reduce security risk and embed a Security Culture across BAE Systems.
