What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor client environments for security threats and respond accordingly
- Perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, managing remediation of identified issues
- Analyze cloud environments, servers, workstations, and other devices suspected of compromise
- Provide high-quality written and verbal customer service
- Complete assigned tickets according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in system administration or cybersecurity
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Comptia Security+ certification
- Experience administering Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with log, event, or security management platforms such as Logstash and Splunk

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comptia CySA+ certification or equivalent
- Experience working with help desk ticketing software such as Zendesk or Connectwise
- Demonstrated ongoing professional interest in cybersecurity
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities
- Must possess a current and valid driver's license
