What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate security incidents to protect the organization's information systems and data, ensuring a swift and effective response
- Document incidents for reporting and communicate findings to various stakeholders
- Assist in developing and refining incident response policies and procedures
- Manage security and compliance readiness for technology projects and legacy findings
- Serve as the contact for Technology PMs on security issues and assess compliance activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 2 years relevant experience in system administration/help desk/security (cyber or physical) OR High School Diploma/GED with 3 years relevant experience in IT system administration/help desk/security (cyber or physical)
- Minimum of 2 years of Information Technology related experience; OR 1 year of security-related experience
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous learning in security
- Graduation from an approved Cybersecurity Program or demonstrated technical ability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 or more years of Information Technology related experience; OR 2 or more years of security-related experience, including military/government work experience
