- Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.
- Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
- Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
- Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
- Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.

- Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections.
- Conduct TEMPEST surveys and recommend mitigations.
- Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
- Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
- Knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.
- General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.
- BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience can be exchanged for degree requirements.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
