What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support electronic reporting of retailer seed sales data, including monitoring, auditing, and problem-solving data within the Seed Reporting Tool
- Provide Level One support for retailers, leading problem-solving efforts to address Seed Reporting issues
- Train retailer personnel on the Seed Reporting Tool and provide ongoing training for updates and enhancements
- Manage customer communications using a CRM tool through emails and phone calls
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve data issues efficiently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of customer service-related experience; relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and resolve data issues
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks with fluctuating deadlines
- Basic data analysis skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerBI
- Familiarity with task-tracking or CRM tools
- Experience in the agricultural industry, particularly with ag business data such as product, customer, and sales data
