What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Project Manager, managing technical projects and engaging with clients to identify new work opportunities
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and establish technical approaches for renewable energy projects
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Support the development and growth of the employer's renewable energy practice nationally
- Participate in client marketing activities, including technical presentations and trade shows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 8-10 years of professional experience with a pattern of progressive achievements
- Knowledge of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and experience with federal and state permitting
- Strong technical background in permitting energy projects and project management skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Environmental Management, Planning, or a related field
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience in managing major renewable energy projects
- Experience with complex project teams in the renewable energy sector
- First-party and third-party permitting experience
