What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain effective Paid Search campaign strategies across multiple search networks
- Optimize campaigns to KPIs and establish healthy traffic and conversion growth
- Communicate with campaign management and marketing teams to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and guide landing page and website revisions
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns meet targeting objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: BA or BS degree and 1-2 years of comparable industry experience or 3+ years of comparable industry experience
- Google Ads Certification is a must; other network certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret underlying data
- Experience managing a team
- Experience running display, video, and preferably OTT & Audio campaigns in Google Ads and other Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)

- Passion for developing effective PPC and programmatic marketing strategies
- Ability to make sound marketing decisions based on intuition and data-driven results
- Experience building and reporting on display, video, and preferably OTT & Audio campaigns
