What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spending adoption, including account status updates and insights learned during deployment
- Provide strategic account engagement to help customers implement solutions for industry-specific procurement challenges
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using B2B solutions
- Focus on automating service needs for customers while collaborating with Product and Technical teams to enhance solution adoption
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal teams, including Product, Technical, and Category Management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B and/or Enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of owning the sales lifecycle, including identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
- Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce.com), and other systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 senior leadership
- Demonstrated success in identifying, prioritizing, developing, and growing a book of strategic customer accounts
- Experience owning customer-facing communication, including leading customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings
