What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute growth strategies for cybersecurity technology solutions with both short-term and long-term objectives
- Manage and align the cybersecurity product portfolio with market demand and business goals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors to foster collaboration and drive revenue
- Engage with key customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions
- Drive sales and technology adoption across all branches of the Department of Defense by acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven Federal sales experience, successfully managing multiple opportunities
- Technical sales experience within a government contracting company, selling both technology products and services
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Department of Defense agencies' sales and associated contracting mechanisms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record for meeting sales quotas in a broad, diverse, and complex market
- Ability to support travel for customer visits and territory marketing events
- Experience in developing enablement materials and go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Clari
