What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance business growth and achieve sales objectives
- Build and manage a pipeline of APL business for new recurring revenue across the employer's solution set
- Create forecasts and maintain a predictable funnel of sales-qualified leads
- Ensure adherence to internal processes for closing quality deals approved by various departments
- Participate in sales training and onboarding programs for new sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of consultative solution selling experience within financial technology
- Proven track record of selling approximately $1M+ ACV deals
- Deep understanding of Financial Services industry and financial advisors’ business activities
- Ability to establish C-level and executive relationships
- Experience in competitive selling against wealth management competitors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience selling Wealth/Asset Management technology to tier 1 firms
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building strong relationships
- High-energy, creative, team-oriented with a passion for business development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively
