Job Description
- Req#: REQ11631
- Facilitate bid process by qualifying RFP’s, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients. Define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools. Keep the company’s CRM tools and business plans updated with delivered bids.
- Highly responsive to client emails as well as internal communications from Sales and Operations and ensuring a smooth transition of proposals to fielded projects by being the primary contact and problem-solver between all stakeholders during the in-field process with support from Sales and Account Directors.
- Work with Account Directors and Sales Directors to develop, expand and leverage the client relationship with focus on developing incremental revenue through closing sales, effective upselling and managing client expectations during delivery phase.
- Assist Client Services Team & Finance Team for successful project delivery on time and in scope and a meticulous eye on accurate sales documentation, contracts and invoices.
- Assist in presentations, account strategy, interactions, and other sales related activities, required by the Sales Director and Account Directors.
- Travel as needed to meet customers and develop relationships with key contacts
